Our pizzas are about 12” (8 Slices) and our GF pizzas are about 10”
Our style of pizza is Artisan (more on the thinner chewy side)
We use a poolish starter for our dough
We use a bread deck oven to bake our pizzas
Our kitchen is closed on Monday & Tuesdays, and opens at 11am other days.
